What’s next?
For those who were submitted successfully into the DOR’s system on January 2nd, 2024, the DOR will mail DOR approval letters in mid-January and Apogee will email approval status and payment instructions around this same time. Taxpayers will have 60 days to fund the 2024 approved tax credit amount from the date of approval.
