Paper Check Payment Instructions

Mail check upon receipt of approval. *

Once Apogee has notified you of your confirmed approval status (and/or) you receive a copy of your approval notice from the DOR, you have 60 days to provide Apogee with a check. Apogee will match your check with your application and apply your payment.

• Check should be written to:  Apogee Scholarship Fund
• Please include the name(s) of the school you would like to obligate your tax credit contribution to in the memo line of the check.
