2027 Pledges Now Open | 2026 Tax Receipts Available Early Summer

Federal Scholarship Tax Credit
(FSTC)

The Federal Scholarship Tax Credit is a new federal program designed to expand educational opportunities for students across the country. Beginning in 2027, eligible individual taxpayers may receive a federal tax credit for qualifying cash contributions to approved Scholarship Granting Organizations. Georgia has elected to participate in the program, and Apogee is preparing to support donors and schools as additional implementation guidance becomes available.

What We Know
