Apogee Scholarship Fund works with participating private schools throughout Georgia to provide scholarship opportunities for eligible students. Families interested in applying for a scholarship should contact the participating school they are interested in attending.

Opportunities
Apogee scholarships help eligible students attend participating private schools throughout Georgia. Scholarship awards are coordinated through Apogee’s partner schools based on student eligibility, available scholarship funding, and each school’s internal admissions and financial-aid process.

Eligibility
Students may qualify for an Apogee scholarship if they meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements:
Eligible to enroll in a Pre-K, Kindergarten, or 1st-grade program
Entering private school after attending a public school for at least 45 days immediately prior to enrolling in private school
Previously received a scholarship through a Georgia Student Scholarship Organization
Entering private school after participating in a homeschool program for at least one year
Resides within the attendance zone of a low-performing public school, as defined by the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement
Has a documented case of bullying
How to Apply
Families do not apply directly through Apogee. To begin the process, contact the participating private school your child is interested in attending. The school will review your child’s eligibility, determine whether scholarship funding is available, and guide you through its application process.
Important Note About Donations
Donations and Scholarship Awards
Apogee cannot accept donations designated for a specific student. Donations support scholarship opportunities through participating schools in accordance with applicable program requirements.

Once a scholarship award is approved and the required parent authorization form has been completed, Apogee transfers the scholarship funds directly to the participating school. Approved funds are applied toward the student’s tuition.
Yes. A parent or legal guardian must complete a parent authorization form before scholarship funds can be transferred to the school. Once completed, the authorization remains valid for the balance of the student’s enrollment at that school, so a new form is not required each year.
